The type of personal information we collect
If you register to attend a Vodder Review, in order to process your booking, the following identifiable and contact personal data is collected.
- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Location
- Date and place of last Vodder Level 3 Review.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- When you book on a Vodder Review course
- Make an enquiry via the contact box on the website
We use the information that you have given us in order to book you on a Review Course or respond to your enquiry.
If you have booked in a Review course, we share your name only with Dr Vodder School in Austria for the purposes of completing a certificate to award you at the end of the Review.
If responding to an enquiry via the website for a treatment no data is shared with any other organisation.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(b) We have a contractual obligation with Dr Vodder School, Austria to award a certificate following a Review course.
How we store your Personal Information
Your information is securely stored on One Drive. Paper copies are stored in a locked cabinet.
We keep your contact details for 5 years. We will then dispose your information by shredding the paper copies and deleting the data kept on One Drive.
